中药内服外敷治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛临床疗效观察

Clinical observation of curative effect on postherpetic neuralgia treated by internal and external application of traditional Chinese medicine

目的观察中药内服外敷治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者的临床疗效。方法 162例带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者,按照随机数字表法分为治疗组与对照组,每组81例。对照组采用维生素B12、吲哚美辛等常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用中药内服外敷治疗,比较两组治疗效果及治疗前后的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分。结果治疗组总有效率为96.30%,对照组总有效率为82.72%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者VAS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后治疗组VAS评分(3.43±0.23)分低于对照组的(5.21±1.07)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用中药内服外敷疗法治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床减痛效果明显,值得推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect on postherpetic neuralgia patients treated by internal and external application of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）. Methods A total of 162 patients with postherpetic neuralgia were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to random number table method, 81 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional treatment, such as vitamin B12 and Indomethacin and so on, the treatment group was given internal and external application of traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of control group. The treatment effect and visual analogue scale （VAS） score before and after treatment between the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.30%, which was significantly higher than 82.72% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. There was no statistically significant difference in VAS score between the two groups before treatment （P〉0.05）. The VAS score of the tretament group was （3.43 ± 0.23） scores, which was significantly lower than （5.21 ± 1.07） scores of control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of reducing pain on postherpetic neuralgia patients treated by internal and external application of traditional Chinese medicine is significant, worthy of promotion and application.
