摘要
介绍医疗设备电压暂降、短时中断的试验方法 ;分析了某款3D颈椎康复机器人电压暂降试验时因隔离变压器产生的冲击电流而导致的不合格原因,并提出在变压器初级侧增加电阻的整改措施。整改后,产品依据YY 0505-2012测试,电压暂降试验合格。
This paper introduces the test method of voltage dips, short interruptions of medical equipment. Analysis of the reason for disqualification caused by the inrush current generated from the isolation transformer in the voltage dips test of a 3 D cervical vertebrae rehabilitation robot. The corrective measure is inserting a resistor to the transformer primary side. After the corrective measure, the product is tested according to YY 0505-2012 standard, and the voltage dips test is qualified.
