火针联合光动力疗法治疗中重度痤疮患者的疗效观察及护理

Observation and nursing care of patients with moderate to severe acne treated by fire needle combined with photodynamic therapy

目的总结火针联合光动力治疗中重度痤疮患者的效果及护理。方法对264例中重度痤疮患者采用火针联合光动力治疗,同时加强心理护理、健康指导以及治疗前、中、后的护理。结果 264例患者中,痊愈137例,显效88例,好转33例,有效率为97.73%。治疗中出现的不良反应,患者均能耐受,未影响到继续治疗。结论火针联合光动力疗法治疗痤疮,通过二者的治疗作用及有效的护理措施,临床疗效显著,不良反应少,大大提高患者的依从性和满意度。

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness and nursing of patients with moderate to severe acne treated by fire needle combined with photodynamic therapy. Mehtods A total of 264 patients who had moderate to severe acne were treated by fire needle and photodynamic therapy. Meanwhile, strengthen psychological nursing, health guidance and nursing care were also put into practice before and after the treatment. Results In the 264 patients, 137 cases were cured, 88 cases were markedly effective, 33 cases were improved, and the effective rate was 97.73%. All patients could tolerate the adverse reactions of the treatment, which made no impact on the continued treatment. Conclusion Through effective measures of nursing and coordinating of the two therapeutic methods, fire needle combined with photodynamic therapy for the acne not only has evident clinical curative effect, less adverse reaction, but also may improve patients＇ compliance and satisfaction.
