乳头部位扁平苔藓一例

A case of lichen planus in the nipple

62岁女性患者,右侧乳头及周围暗红斑伴瘙痒2个月余。皮肤科情况:右侧乳头及周围呈环状分布的红褐色结痂,基底部暗红色。组织病理示:表皮角化过度,部分颗粒层呈楔形增厚,基底细胞液化变性,真皮浅层淋巴细胞呈带状浸润。诊断:扁平苔藓。予以糠酸莫米松乳膏及0.03%他克莫司软膏外用治疗后好转。

A 62-year old woman presented with dark red patches in the right nipple with itch for more than 2 months. There was thick reddish-brown crust around the right nipple and the basal skin was dark-red. Histopathologic examination showed epidermal hyperkeratosis, part of the granular layer wedged, basal cell liquefaction degeneration, and lymphocytes ribbon infiltration in the superficial dermal. It was diagnosed as lichen planus. After topically application of mometasone furoate cream and 0.03% tacrolimus ointment, the skin lesion was improved.
