基于焦点小组访谈建立系统化高龄髋部骨折患者入院评估流程的研究 被引量:3

摘要 背景:高龄髋部骨折患者因基础病多、预后差、病死率高,使得护理工作量大、难度高。快速、全面的入院评估是为此类患者提供科学性、专科性个体化护理的基础。目的:探讨适用于高龄髋部骨折患者的入院评估流程,提高高龄髋部骨折患者入院评估质量。方法:通过焦点小组访谈法对临床从事骨科相关工作的6名护理专家进行2轮访谈。结果:将访谈结果结合临床,并经临床实践修订,最终形成高龄髋部骨折患者入院评估流程。该流程分为两大部分,分别为一般资料和专科资料,共11个条目。结论:系统化高龄髋部骨折患者入院评估流程的建立并在临床中应用,不仅帮助护士在评估此类患者时能够快速且又内容全面、重点突出,保证相应护理措施的科学性、专科性,更能促进临床护士对疾病的认知水平和提高临床护理质量。 Background: Elderly patients with hip fracture have many basic diseases, poor prognosis and high mortality.Rapid and comprehensive admission assessment is the basis for providing scientific and specialized individualized nursing for this group of patients.Objective: To explore the admission evaluation procedure for elderly patients with hip fracture and improve the quality of admission evaluation. Methods: A total of 6 nursing experts who worked in department of orthopedics were interviewed in 2 rounds by focus topics interview method. Results: The interview results were combined with clinical practice and revised by clinical practice. Finally, the admission evaluation procedure of elderly patients with hip fracture was finally formed. The procedure was divided into two parts as general data and specialist information. There were 11 entries. Conclusions: The establishment and clinical application of the systematic admission assessment procedure for elderly patients with hip fracture can not only help nurses assessing patients efficiently, but also can keep the content comprehensive and concise. The procedure can ensure the nursing measures scientific and specialized, and promote the cognition of the specific illness and nursing quality.
