The building of Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao Greater Bay Area has been included in the Report of the Nineteenth National Congress of CPC and the Government Work Report, therefore becoming part of the national development strategy. It will bring new development opportunities and create huge market space for foreign banks. It is hoped that foreign banks will further increase their efforts in setting up branches, carrying out business cooperation and making the best of their strength in comprehensive globalized service in the Greater Bay Area, and work together to build it into a world leading bay area and metropolitan area.
