健肾平喘汤联合硫酸沙丁胺醇气雾剂吸入治疗慢性持续期哮喘的效果

Clinical effect of Jian Shen Ping Chuan decoction combined with salbutamol sulfate aerosol in treating chronic persistent asthma

目的评价健肾平喘汤联合硫酸沙丁胺醇气雾剂吸入治疗慢性持续期哮喘的效果。方法以汕头潮南民生医院2016年8月至2017年8月接受治疗的120例慢性持续期哮喘患者作为研究对象进行前瞻性随机对照研究,其中男性72例,女性48例;年龄4～65岁,平均(44.58±6.89)岁。采取等距随机抽样法将120例患者分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。对照组采用单纯硫酸沙丁胺醇气雾剂吸入治疗,观察组采用健肾平喘汤联合硫酸沙丁胺醇气雾剂吸入治疗。计算两组治疗总有效率,对比治疗前后两组患者用力呼气一秒量(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FEV)和最大呼气峰流速(PEF)的变化,评价两种治疗方案的临床治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率为96.67%(58/60),显著高于对照组的83.33%(50/60),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前的肺功能指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组各项肺功能指标均得到一定程度的改善,但观察组肺功能改善明显优于对照组[FVC:(3.43±0.66)L∶(2.85±0.59)L,FEV1:(3.01±0.67)L∶(2.91±0.72)L,PEF:(3.51±0.42)L/s∶(2.56±0.45)L/s],差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论健肾平喘汤联合硫酸沙丁胺醇气雾剂可以有效缓解慢性持续期哮喘患者的临床症状,改善肺功能,宜广泛应用。

Objective To evaluate the effect of the inhalation of healthy kidney ping chuan tang combined with salbutamol aerosol inhalation for chronic asthma. Methods A prospective randomized controlled study was conducted in 120 patients with chronic persistent asthma treated in shantou chaonan minsheng hospital from August 2016 to August 2017. There were 72 males and 48 females,aged 4 to 65 years old,with an average age of（ 44. 58 ± 6. 89） years. This study was approved by the ethics committee of shantou chaoan minsheng hospital,and all patients and families fully informed consent and volunteered to participate in this study. An equidistant random sampling method was used to divide 120 patients into observation group and control group,with 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated by inhalation of salbutamol sulfate aerosol inhalation,and the observation group was treated with a combination of jianrenping and albuterol inhalation. Total effective rate of two groups were calculated respectively. The second forced expiratory volume（ FEV1）,forced vital capacity（ FEV） and the maximum peak expiratory flow（ PEF） before and after treatment in two groups were compared and the clinical therapeutic effect of two methods was evaluated. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96. 67%（ 58/60）,significantly higher than 83. 33%（ 50/60） in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ p〈0. 05）. Two groups of patients before treatment there was no statistically significant difference of pulmonary function index（ p〉0. 05）,the two groups after treatment in patients with lung function index were improved to some extent,but the observation group of patients with lung function improved significantly better than that of control group（ FVC：（ 3. 43 ± 3. 43） L vs（ 2. 85 ± 0. 59） L,FEV1：（ 3. 01 ±/-0. 67） L vs（ 2. 91 ± 0. 72） L,PEF：（ 3. 51 ± 3. 51） L/s vs（ 2. 56 ± 0. 45） L/s],the difference had statistical significance（ p〈0. 05）. Conclusion The combination of healthy kidney pingchuan tang and salbutamol aerosol can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with chronic asthma and improve lung function,and it should be widely used.
