摘要 本文主要探讨当代中国农村家庭劳动力再生产的机制,以及在微观家庭系统中,劳动力再生产、家庭分工和代际关系之间的互动关系。通过田野调查,本研究发现农村家庭通过隔代抚育以及送孩子上寄宿学校的方法解决因国家在劳动力再生产过程中的缺位导致农村家庭抚育子女的困境。这种劳动力再生产模式体现了家庭分工的使然,并对农民工家庭的代际关系带来深刻影响,据此反思当下农民工家庭劳动力再生产模式的可持续性。 This paper mainly discusses the mechanisms of labor reproduction in contemporary rural China and the interaction between labor reproduction, family division and intergenerational relations in the micro- family system. Based on the labor-force reproduction theory and a fieldwork conducted in a village in InnerMongolia, the results show that there are two main methods for them to solve the intergenerational labor- force reproduction problem, grandpare force reproduction derives from family nts raising division of and boarding school respectively. This mode of labor- work, and exerts a profound effect on intergenerational relationships. This paper, based on a fieldwork, aims to exhibit the facts of labor-force reproduction in rural area of China, and tries to encourage further thoughts on the possibility and necessity of keeping this mode of labor-force reproduction.
