摘要
本文采用山梨醇、乙二胺和聚异丁烯马来酸酐(PIBSA)为原料合成了具有双亲水结构的高分子乳化剂(DPMSE),通过对其乳胶基质的微观结构和粘度以及抗颠簸性能测试与对比,表明合成的DPMSE乳化剂具有较强的乳化能力,应用于现场混装乳化炸药时,具有优良的抗颠簸等稳定性能。
A polymer emulsifier(DPMSE) with two-parent water structure was synthesized from sorbitol, ethylenediamine and polyisobutylene maleic anhydride(PIBSA), by test and comparison the microstructure and viscosity of the emulsion matrix and the anti-turbulence performance, It shows that the synthesized DPMSE emulsifier has strong emulsifying ability. It is applied to mixing-loading emulsified explosive with excellent stability.
