摘要
针对国内小药卷工业炸药包装线码垛装置存在药卷倾斜卡滞、封箱装置卡滞问题,装箱效率低,需要操作人员多等问题,研制了一种小药卷工业炸药全自动包装系统。实践表明:本包装系统运行平稳可靠,生产效率高,在线人员少,工艺设备设计合理,达到了相关技术要求。
On the issues of the domestic small cartridge industrial explosive packaging line stacking device, there is tilted cartridge roll stuck sealing device, low packing efficiency and more operators, a kind of automatic packaging system for small cartridge industrial explosive was developed. The practice shows that this packaging system is stable and reliable, with high production efficiency, low online personnel, reasonable design of process equipment, and meets relevant technical requirements.
