一种内外编码一体化工业雷管研究

摘要 为了解决工业雷管外表的编码信息被刮除及引火元件被拔除、雷管上端被切除后,致使工业雷管无法追踪流向的问题,研究在基础雷管装药部位设置与管外一致的编码信息,用于雷管装药部位未爆炸前的流向追溯。此种基础雷管装配的工业雷管经测试,各项性能符合国标要求,已经大批量生产。 In order to solve the problems that the code information of industrial detonator is removed and the ignition element is removed and the upper end of the detonator is removed, the industrial detonator can not track the flow direction, the encoding information of the basic detonator charge is set up and the outside of the tube is consistent, and it is used to trace the flow direction before the detonation of the detonator. This kind of basic detonator assembly industrial detonator has been tested, and the performance meets the requirements of the national standard and has been produced in large quantities.
