液相色谱-串联质谱法测定烟用香精香料中芝麻酚的含量

Determination of the Content of Sesamol in Tobacco Flavorings by Liquid Chromatography Trap Tandem Mass Spectrometry

建立了烟用香精香料中芝麻酚含量的液相色谱-串联质谱测定方法。采用液液萃取法萃取样品中的芝麻酚,用C18色谱柱分离,电喷雾离子阱串联质谱测定,以选择离子对定性,外标法进行定量。结果表明:芝麻酚在0.01~10.0μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,检出限为0.002μg/mL,加标回收率为90.8%~102.5%,RSD<5%(n=6)。方法具有灵敏度高、准确性好、操作简易等优点,适用于烟用香精香料中芝麻酚的批量测定。

A method for determinaing the content of sesamol in tobacco flavorings by liquid chromatography trap tandem mass spectrometry（LC-MS/MS） was established. After liquid-liquid extraction, the samples were separated by C18 column, qualitatively analyzed by ion-transition pairs and quantitatively analyzed by the external standard method. The results showed that the better linear relation to sesamol was in the range of 0.01-10.0 μg/mL, the low detection limit was 0.002 μg/mL, the recovery was from 90.8% to 102.5%, the RSD 5%（n=6）. The method was sensitive, accurate and easy-controlled, and it was suitable for batch determination of sesamol in tobacco flavorings.
