摘要 建立了测定食用香精中9种合成着色剂的液相色谱-串联质谱(LC-MS/MS)方法。样品经水萃取、离心,用固相萃取小柱Strata-X-AW(60 mg/3 mL)净化后进行LC-MS/MS定量分析。用Agilent SB-C18(50 mm×2.1 mm×1.8μm)分离,基质溶液配置工作曲线。结果表明:各合成着色剂均具有良好的线性关系(R^2≥0.99),方法的检出限(LOD)和定量限(LOQ)分别为0.07~0.12 mg/kg和0.23~0.41 mg/kg。加标回收率在88.1%~106.3%之间,平均相对标准偏差(RSD)在2.02%~5.95%之间,该方法适用于食用香精中9种合成着色剂的快速测定,具有简单、准确、灵敏等特点。 A method for determining 9 synthetic colorants in flavors by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS) was developed. The sample was extracted with water, centrifuged, and purified by SPE column Strata-X-AW(60 mg/3 mL), then analyzed by LC-MS/MS. The matrix solution was separated with Agilent SB-C18(50 mm×2.1 mm×1.8 μm) and used to configure the working curve. Results showed that all 9 colorants had good linear relationship with determination coefficients(R2 ≥ 0.99). The limits of detection were between 0.07 and 0.12 mg/kg, and those of quantification were between 0.23 and 0.41 mg/kg. The recoveries of standard addition ranged from 88.1% to 106.3% with relative standard deviation(RSD) of 2.02% to 5.95%. This method is simple, accurate and suitable for the determination of 9 synthetic colorants in flavors.
