蛇床子油萃取工艺优化及保润性能研究

摘要 蛇床子油为绿黄色或绿棕色挥发性油,具有蛇床子特有气味。为发掘及提升蛇床子油的品质,本研究采用亚临界法探讨水萃取蛇床子油的工艺条件及保润性能。采用单因素试验及中心试验研究萃取压力、温度、时间、液固比对蛇床子油得率的影响,从而确定了最佳萃取工艺条件。研究结果显示,最优工艺条件为亚临界萃取压力8.50 MPa、萃取温度144.84℃、液固比(mL/g)为35.89∶1、萃取时间7.96 min,最高得率为40.974 mg/g。结果表明通过亚临界水萃取得到的蛇床子油可用于卷烟保润。 Essential oil of Cnidium monnieri(L.) Cuss. as a green-yellow or green-brown volatile oil has a unique smell of cnidium seed. In order to explore and improve the quality of this oil, the extraction process by subcritical method with water and the moisture retention of obtained oil were investigated. The influences of extraction pressure, temperature, time, liquid-solid ratio on the oil yield were studied by single factor experiment and central experiment, the optimum extraction conditions were determined. The results showed that the optimal process conditions were as follows: subcritical extraction pressure 8.50 MPa, extraction temperature 144.84 ℃, liquid-solid ratio(mL/g) 35.89/1 and extraction time 7.96 min, the highest yield of oil was 40.974 mg/g. The method of subcritical water extraction can be used to extract the oil of Cnidium monnieri(L.) Cuss., the obtained oil could provide a strong moisture retention when it was used in tobacco product.
