摘要 为评估二甘醇潜在的健康风险,对2017年1月至4月宁波出入境检验检疫技术中心接收的1 012件二甘醇项目化妆品进行分析,测定了护肤体霜类、面霜类、香波、防晒乳液及护肤沐浴液五类化妆品中二甘醇的含量,并采用美国环境保护局(USEPA)推荐的健康风险模型,对二甘醇通过皮肤接触途径引起的健康风险进行初步评价。结果发现,存在二甘醇风险问题的化妆品占受检总量的1.19%。二甘醇超标的四类化妆品(护肤体霜类、面霜类、防晒乳液、护肤沐浴液)的年健康风险值均低于USEPA推荐的最大可接受风险水平(1.0×10^(-4))/年,但极个别样品超过了欧盟制定的二甘醇每日最大耐受量(0.5 mg/kg)。 To assess the health risk of diethylene glycol in cosmetics, the content of diethylene glycol in 1012 sample cosmetics(including body cream, face cream, shampoo, sunscreen lotion and bath foam) received by Ningbo Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau Technical Center from January to April 2017 were detected and analyzed. One health risk model recommended by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency(USEPA) was adopted to assess the health risk of diethylene glycol resulting from skin contact after determining its content in cosmetics. The results showed that the number of cosmetics with a risk of diethylene glycol accounted to 1.19% of total amounts of cosmetics. In these four kinds of substandard cosmetics(including body cream, face cream, sunscreen lotion and bath foam), the health risks induced by skin contact were less than the maximum acceptable risk level of 1.0×10^(-4) per year recommended by USEPA, but average daily dose of some samples were greater than the maximum daily tolerance of 0.5 mg/kg established by EU standards.
