Implementing the “river chief mechanism” and Further Promoting the “One River and One Policy”

贯彻落实河长制,全面开展"一河一策"是进一步推动生态文明建设的重要举措.2016年以来,河长制在吉安县全面推开,县、乡镇、村(居)三级河长形成大小河湖管理全覆盖.本文以龙陂水"一河一策"为例,对河道存在的相关问题进行了认真分析,对治理及管理好河道提出了有效措施.

Abstract： Implementing the ＂river chief mechanism＂ and fully developing the ＂One River, One Policy＂ is an important measure to further promote the construction of ecological civilization. Since 2016, the river chief mechanism has been fully promoted in Ji＇an County, and the three grade rivers chief of county, township, village （neighborhood）have formed full - scale management of rivers and lakes. Taking the ＂One River, One Policy＂ of Longpi River as an example, this paper analyzes the related problems in the river channel and put forward the effective measures for the management of the river.
