This paper introduces the establishment of quality assurance system and product inspection and test control procedure in the production enterprise of nuclear grade valve to ensure the safety and reliability of valve product quality, analyzes the quality control system of nuclear grade valve for the in- spection and test, discrepancies and corrective measures, and etc, make the whole process of project management and product realization into normalization, standardization, procedural, provide guarantee for improving the valve product quality.
