摘要
ATP装置烟气冷却器随着运行时间的延长而发生堵塞情况,导致换热效率降低,烟气风机负荷增加。深层次表现为烟气旋分器除尘效率不高,烟气中水蒸汽含量较多等情况。烟气旋分器改造困难,且现场施工难度较大。如果考虑减少烟气中水蒸汽含量,同时降低粉尘含量,则可以减小烟气风机负荷,降低烟气冷却器发生堵塞情况,对装置稳定生产起到积极作用。本文就如何降低烟气中水蒸汽和粉尘含量进行研究,采取将灰加湿器浇渣后产生的水蒸汽和粉尘单独导出的方式,减少原烟气中水蒸汽和粉尘总含量,降低烟气系统负荷,进而减少因水蒸汽和粉尘过多导致烟气冷却器堵塞情况的发生。
The flue gas cooler of ATP unit is often blocked with the extension of running time, resulting in reducing of heat exchange efficiency and increasing of flue gas fan load. It is further shown that the dust removal efficiency of flue gas cyclone is not high enough, and the water vapor content in the flue gas is high. It is difficult to retrofit the flue gas cyclone, as well as the site construction is difficult. If the concentration of water vapor in flue gas and the dust content can be reduced, the flue gas fan load and the blockage of flue gas cooler can be reduced. In this paper, how to reduce the contents of water vapor and dust in flue gas was studied. A separation way to discharge the water vapor and dust after spraying the ash in the ash moistener was used, so that the total content of water vapor and dust was reduced in order to reduce the load of flue gas system and the blockage situation caused by high water vapor and dust contents.
