中央孔型有晶体眼后房型人工晶体治疗中高度近视的临床观察 被引量:6

A clinical observation of implantation of novel phakic implantable collamer lens with a central hole in treating patients with moderate to high myopia

摘要 目的观察中央孔型有晶体眼后房型人工晶体(ICL V4c)植入术在中高度近视治疗中的疗效和安全性。方法中高度近视患者36例(70眼)行ICL V4c植入术,回顾性分析患者的临床资料。随访至术后6个月,记录裸眼视力、矫正视力、屈光度、眼压、内皮细胞计数和拱高。结果 70眼手术均获成功,术后裸眼视力均优于术前(P<0.05)。术后6个月,裸眼视力达到或超过术前最佳矫正视力。术后球镜和柱镜指标均高于术前(P<0.01);术后不同时间点屈光度残留较小(P>0.05)。术后1个月角膜内皮细胞计数为(2682.65±315.83)个/mm2,与术前的(2691.94±400.09)个/mm2相仿(P>0.05)。手术前后患者眼压无统计学差异(P>0.05)。术后6个月拱高为(446.67±271.05)μm。结论 ICL V4c植入术治疗成人中高度近视安全、有效。 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of the implantation of phakic implantable collamer lens(ICL V4c)in the treatment of adults with moderate to high myopia.Methods The data of 36 patients(70 eyes)with moderate to high myopia underwent implantation of new ICL V4c with a central hole were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were followed up for 6 months and the uncorrected distance visual acuity(UDVA),corrected distance visual acuity(CDVA),refractive error,intraocular pressure(IOP),endothelial cell count and vault were measured.Results The surgeries of 70 eyes were all successful and UDVA after operation was better than that before(P〈0.05).The UDVA at the 6^th month after operation achieved or exceeded the best CDVA before surgery.The ball mirror and column mirror index after operation were higher than those before(P〈0.01).The diopter residue at different time points after operation was slighter(P〈0.05).The preoperative corneal endothelial cell count at first month after surgery was(2682.65±315.83)pieces/mm^2,which was similar to(2691.94±400.09)pieces/mm^2 before operation(P〉0.05).There was no significant change in IOP before and after operation(P〉0.05).The vault at the 6^th month after surgery was(446.67±271.05)μm.Conclusion The ICL V4c implantation has a good safety and efficacy in the treatment of moderate to high myopia in adults.
