64层螺旋CT血管造影结合三维重建技术对肺癌的诊断价值 被引量:12

Application value of 64 slice spiral CT angiography combined with three-dimensional reconstruction technique in diagnosis of lung cancer

摘要 目的探讨64层螺旋CT血管造影结合三维重建技术对肺癌的诊断价值。方法选取医院2016年3月至2017年9月经病理确诊的肺癌患者60例为观察组,另选同期行健康体检者60例为对照组,所有对象均接受胸部64层螺旋CT平扫加增强扫描,并对图像进行三维重建,对两组对象影像学表现进行对比。结果观察组中,56例可重建出支气管动脉,显示率达93.33%,对照组46例可重建出支气管动脉,显示率为76.67%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);观察组重建支气管动脉数多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);观察组同侧支气管动脉管径粗于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论64层螺旋cT血管造影结合三维重建技术可有效显示肺癌供血动脉,了解肺癌血供情况,为肺癌诊断提供重要参考,具有较高临床价值。 Objective To investigate the value of 64 slice spiral CT angiography combined with three-dimensional reconstruction technique in diagnosis of lung cances. Methods Sixty cases with lung cancer and who were diagnosed by pathology in hospital from March 2016 to September 2017 were selected as observation group, another 60 cases who underwent health examination at the same time were selected as the control group. All subjects were received 64-slice spiral CT scan and enhanced scan, and the images were implemented by the three-dimensional reconstruction. Then, the imaging performance of the two groups of objects were compared. Results In the observation group, 56 cases were able to reconstruct bronchial arteries, the display rate was 93.33%. In the control group, 46 cases could reconstruct bronchial arteries, the display rate was 76. 67 %. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 〈 0. 05 ). The number of rebuilt bronchial arteries in the observation group was significantly more than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0. 05 ). The diameter of ipsilateral bronchial artery in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions 64 slice spiral CT angiography combined with three-dimensional reconstruction technology which can effectively display the blood supply artery of lung cancer, understand the blood supply of lung cancer, provide important reference for the diagnosis of lung cancer, and it has high clinical value.
