运动平板试验结合动态心电图对冠心病的诊断价值 被引量:5

摘要 目的分析运动平板试验结合动态心电图对冠心病的诊断价值。方法选取100例疑诊为冠心病患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组50例。对照组实施运动平板试验方法,实验组在对照组的基础上增加动态心电图检查,对比两组的诊断效果。结果实验组的特异性、准确性、敏感性以及阳性预测值明显高于对照组(P〈0.05);实验组的病变血管诊断情况明显优于对照组(P〈0.05);实验组的血管狭窄敏感度情况明显优于对照组(P〈0.05);实验组的疾病诊断正确率(96.00%)明显高于对照组(80.00%,P〈0.05)。结论运动平板试验结合动态心电图诊断冠心病的效果显著,误诊率少,值得广泛推广应用。 Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of exercise plate test combined with dynamic electrocardiogram for coronary heart disease. Methods One hundred patients with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 50 cases in each group. The control group was given the exercise plate test method, the experimental group was given the dynamic electrocardiogram examination on the basis of the control group, and the diagnosis effects of the two groups were compared. Results The specificity, accuracy, sensitivity and positive predictive value was significantly higher in the experimental group than those in the control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; the diagnosis value for vascular lesions was significantly better in the experimental group than that in the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). The vascular stenosis sensitivity was significantly better in the experimental group than that in the control group (P 〈0.05). The correct rate of diagnosis in the experimental group(96% ) was significantly higher than that in the control group (80%) (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions The effect of plate test combined with dynamic electrocardiogram on diagnosis of coronary heart disease is remarkable, and the rate of misdiagnosis is less. It is worth popularizing and applying widely.
