摘要
目的评价新洁尔灭在中期引产应用的有效性及安全性。方法选取实行中期妊娠引产的孕妇80例作为研究对象,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例。对照组接受传统的利凡诺引产,治疗组接受新洁尔灭引产,比较两组用药后出现规律宫缩时间、产程时间、分娩出血量、患者对疼痛耐受性、引产成功率。结果治疗组中期引产成功率(95.0%)高于对照组(92.5%),出现规律宫缩时间[(8.1±1.9)h]少于对照组[(16.1±2.0)h],产程时间[(5.9±1.2)h]短于对照组[(7.3±1.4)h],产时出血量[(100±12)m1]少于对照组[(115±20)m1],差异均未见统计学意义(P均〉0.05)。治疗组经羊膜腔注入新洁尔灭后,偶有低热等不良反应,但体温≤38℃,胎儿娩出后,自然恢复正常,不需特殊处理。结论新洁尔灭中期引产与传统利凡诺引产有同样的安全性与有效性。
Objective To evaluate the safety and effectiveness of applying bromo-geramine to midtrimester induction of labor. Methods The 80 cases of pregnant women with midterm pregnancy induced abortion were selected as the study subjects, and they were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group accepted traditional rivanol induced labor, the treatment group received new clean out the induced labor, compared two groups of regular con- tractions after medication time, delivery time, the stages of the bleeding, patients of pain tolerance, the success rate of induced labor. Results The success rate (95.0%) was higher in the treatment group than in the control group (92.5 % ). The occurrence of regular contractions in the treatment [ (8.1±1.9) h I was less than the control group [ ( 16. 1 ± 2.0) h ]. The amount of blood loss [ ( 100 ± 12) ml ] was less than that of the control group [ (100 ± 12) ml)] ,the difference was not statistically significant (P all 〉 0.05 ). Treatment group after amniotic cavity injection bromoeramine, there was occasional low-grade fever and other adverse reactions, but the temperature didn't exceed 38 ℃, after the birth of the fetus, the temperature natural to normal, and didn't need special treatment. Conclusions Midtrimester induction has same higher safety and effectiveness with traditional rivanol induction.
