IL-11在胃癌组织中的表达及其与病理特征的相关性分析

Expression of IL-11 in gastric carcinoma and its correlation with pathological features

[目的]探讨IL-11在胃癌组织中的表达及其与病理特征的相关性。[方法]采用回顾性随机抽样研究方法,选取2009年12月~2014年6月在我院进行诊治的120例胃癌患者的癌组织标本与癌旁组织标本作为研究对象,记录所有标本的免疫组织化学IL-11阳性率,记录病理特征与随访生存情况,分析其相关性。[结果]癌组织的IL-11阳性率(75.0%)较癌旁组织标本(3.3%)要高(P<0.05)。IL-11在癌组织中的阳性率与胃癌的浸润深度、淋巴结转移、黏液癌、Dukes分期呈正相关(P<0.05),与肿瘤的分化程度呈负相关(P<0.05)。所有患者均获随访,随访截止时间为2017年1月1日,中位生存时间(24.52±4.19)个月,平均生存时间(40.84±4.19)个月,IL-11阳性率与生存时间呈现负相关性(P<0.05)。[结论]IL-11在胃癌组织中呈高表达,可能影响到肿瘤病理特征的形成、发展,且与患者的预后生存情况明显相关。

[Objective]To investigate the expression of IL-11 in gastric carcinoma and its correlation with pathological features.[Methods]A retrospective,randomized study was conducted from December2009 to June 2014.120 cases of gastric cancer patients with cancer tissue specimens and paracancerous tissues were selected as the research object,recorded the immunization of positive rate of IL-11,pathological features and followed-up survival time in the all patients and were given correlation analysis.[Results]The positive rates of IL-11 in cancer tissues and adjacent tissues were 75.0%and 3.3%,respectively,and those in cancer tissues were higher than those in paracancerous tissues（P〈0.05）.The positive rate of IL-11 in cancer tissues were positively correlated with the depth of invasion,lymph node metastasis,mucinous carcinoma,and Dukes staging（P〈0.05）,and were negatively correlated with the degree of tumor differentiation（P〈0.05）.All patients were followed up,followed up deadline were January 1,2017,the median survival time were（24.52±4.19）months,the average survival time were（40.84±4.19）months,the positive rate of IL-11 showed negative correlation with survival time（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]IL-11 is highly expressed in gastric cancer tissues,which may affect the formation and development of tumor pathological features,and is significantly related to the prognosis and survival of patients.
