摘要
分析了目前我国城市交通存在的问题,阐述了城市道路设计的基本要求、特点、重点控制要素及道路设计各阶段的侧重点,提出了道路设计人员的素质要求。最后指出,道路设计是城市道路建设中的一个重要环节,只有紧密衔接上位规划和下位科学管理,才能真正实现道路系统建设的可持续性,真正落实"以人为本、公交优先"。
The article analyzes the problems existing in the present urban traffic of China, sets forth the basic requirements, characteristics, key control elements special emphasis of each stage in the design of urban road,and puts forward the quality requirements of road designers. The article points out that the road design is one important link in the construction of urban road, which is not only closely linked up the planning with the scientific management, but also can really realize the sustainability of road system construction, and really implement the "people oriented and public transport priority".
