南浦大桥W3匝道大修工程设计

摘要 由于城市的建设发展,工程实际中经常会遇到匝道大修改造的问题。这类项目往往具有工期紧、用地条件紧张等特点,若项目位于建成区,往往涉及到复杂的建设条件,对工程造价、施工工艺都有较高要求。现以南浦大桥W3匝道大修工程为例,详细探讨了城市立交匝道大修改造中遇到的主要难点及技术措施,介绍了桥梁顶升利用、减少开挖的异形挡土墙设计,以及泡沫混凝土轻质路堤填料的运用情况,为同类工程设计提供参考。 Owing to the urban construction development, there are the overhaul reconstructions of ramp in the engineering practices. This kind of projects often has the characteristics of limited schedule and tight land condition. The project if located in the built-up area is often involved to the complex construction conditions, and the higher requirements of engineering cost and construction technology. Taking the overhaul project of W3 Ramp for Nanpu Bridge as an example, the article discusses the main difficulties and the technical measures in the overhaul reconstruction of urban interchange ramp in detail, and introduces the design of shaped retaining wall to utilize and reduce excavation in the bridge jacking, and the application of foam concrete light embankment stuffing, which can be referred for the design of the similar projects.
