Technical Application of Steel Bearing Bracket for Bent Cap

摘要 随着非常规盖梁形式和盖梁张拉工艺被越来越多地运用到桥梁施工中,常规的盖梁承重支架方式已不能满足要求。结合大芦线二期桥梁工程盖梁施工实际案例,对在软弱土体地质下的弧形底面盖梁支架方式进行了比选分析,介绍了盖梁模板体系的设计,总结了施工工艺及注意事项。相关工程经验可为类似的盖梁施工提供参考和借鉴。 With the unconventional bent cap type and the bent cap stretching technology more and more widely used in the bridge construction, the conventional bent cap bearing bracket method has not been able to meet the requirements. Combined with the bent cap construction of Dalu Line Phase II Bridge Project, the curved bottom bent cap brackets in the weak soil geology are compared and analyzed. The article introduces the design of bent cap formwork system, and summarizes the construction technology and matters needing attention. The relative engineering experience can be referred for the construction of the similar bent caps.
