着重研究后普查阶段如何高效地发挥地下管线信息在城市规划建设管理中的作用,辅助规划编制和规划管理。在城市管线普查成果的基础上,通过构建地下综合管网应用模型及数据分层组织,研究地下综合管网辅助规划编制的关键技术和数据更新思路,为城市地下管线综合规划编制提供数据统计分析和各类管网分布,从而为城市规划、建设、管理和政府决策提供更好的信息服务。

The article emphatically studies how to efficiently play the role of underground pipeline information in the urban planning construction management to assist the planning compilation and planning management in the post-census stage. Based on the census result of urban pipelines, the article studies the key technique and data upgrading idea of underground utility tunnel network to assist the planning compilation through the establishment of application model and data hierarchy organization of underground utility tunnel in order to provide the data statistical analysis and each pipeline network distribution for the comprehensive planning compilation of urban underground pipeline so as to provide the better information service for the urban planning, construction, management and government decision.
