In order to solve the sewage discharge problems at two sides of the municipal roads in a city along Zhujiang River, taking a semi-mechanical pipe jacking project at the short distance to Zhujiang River as an example, the article sets forth the problems met in the construction process of high water level no-pile silty-fine sand section, and summarizes the pipe jacking engineering experience under the high water level no-pile condition after the comparison of the successes or failures of the different solving schemes, which can be referred for the similar projects.
