摘要
以再生混凝土集料完全替代天然集料,开展了掺加3.5%和4.0%水泥的两种水泥稳定再生混凝土碎石组成设计研究。测试结果表明,相对于天然集料,再生混凝土集料的密度小、吸水率和压碎值较大,水泥稳定再生混凝土集料的最佳含水率偏高;水泥稳定再生混凝土集料抗压强度与采用天然集料的水泥稳定碎石基本相当。再生混凝土集料在水泥稳定基层中应用具有一定的技术可行性。
The recycled concrete aggregate completely replaces the natural aggregate. The study on two composite designs of cement stabilized recycled concrete macadam separately added with 3.5% and 4% cement is carried out. The test results show that the density of recycled concrete aggregate(RCA) is lower, and its water absorption and crushing value are higher than the natural aggregate. The optimal water content of cementstabilized RCA is higher. The compressive strength of cement stabilized RCA is basically equivalent to that of cement stabilized macadam of natural aggregate. The application of RCA has a certain technical feasibility in the cement stabilized base.
