摘要
BIM技术可广泛应用于综合管廊建设的各阶段,有降低成本、缩短工期、实现智能化管理等优点。在分析综合管廊工程技术特点的基础上,提出了综合管廊BIM设计建模的一般流程。以苏州城北路综合管廊为例,在设计建模和拓展应用两方面研究BIM技术在综合管廊设计中的应用,同时开展二次开发工作,探索出了一套技术方法。经项目实践验证,该方法可以提高设计效率,提升设计质量,可为同类工程的设计应用提供参考和借鉴。
The BIM technology can be widely applied in each construction stage of utility tunnel, and has the advantages to reduce the cost, shorten the construction period and realize the intelligent management. On the basis of analyzing the engineering technical characteristics of utility tunnel, the general process of BIM design modeling for utility tunnel is proposed. Taking the utility tunnel in Chengbei Road of Suzhou as an example,the application of BIM technology in the design of utility tunnel is studied from two aspects of design modeling and expanding application, and also the secondary development work is carried out to explore a set of technical method. According to the practical verification of projects, this method can improve the design efficiency and upgrade the design quality, which can provide reference for the design application of the similar projects.
