中心城区复合地层条件下超大直径盾构法隧道重难点分析

摘要 在城市中心城区内复杂周边环境复合地层条件下进行超大断面盾构法隧道施工,面临着从设计选线、盾构机选型、周边环境保护等诸多难题。首先介绍了隧道平纵线形设计,在满足盾构施工安全的前提下尽可能避开现状建构筑物或对其影响降到最小;然后介绍了复杂地层条件下盾构机选型思路;最后梳理了隧道沿线侧穿或下穿的建构筑物等工程重难点,逐一提出针对性设计及施工控制措施。 The construction of oversized diameter shield tunnel in the composite stratum of the central urban area will be faced with many difficulties in the design of alignment selection, selection of shield machine, and protection of surrounding environment. The article firstly introduces the horizontal and longitudinal alignment designs of tunnel to avoid the present buildings and structures or minimize its influence as far as possible under the premise of satisfying the construction safety of shield, then introduces the selection idea of shield machine under the condition of complex stratum, and finally sorts out the engineering emphases and difficulties of tunneling sideways or downwards buildings and structures along the line. The targeted design and construction control measures are taken one by one.
