摘要
随着大型城市人口增长、居民消费水平与结构变化,城市生活垃圾产出量与日俱增,对生活垃圾收集处理能力也提出了更高的要求。然而另一方面城市用地紧张,固体废弃物处理工程选址在城市中尤为困难。通过万荣绿地项目全地下厂房项目的工程设计实践,实现了市政用地与城市绿化用地的空间叠合。用设计为缓解城市用地紧张、市政基础设施与居民生活环境融合探索出新方向。
With the increment of population in the big city, and the change of consumption level and structure of the residents, the output quantity of municipal solid waste(MSW) grows with each passing day, and the collection and treatment capacity of MSW are higher required. However, on the other hand, the urban land is limited, and the place of solid waste treatment project is especially difficult to select in the city. The engineering design practice of the whole underground workshop in Wanrong Greenbelt Project realizes the space overlap of municipal land and urban greening land. The design probes out the new orientation to ease the shortage of urban land and to integrate the municipal infrastructure and the living environment of the residents.
