摘要
杂散电流的防护是地铁工程施工时的一项重要的工作内容,一旦有产生杂散电流,会腐蚀结构钢筋及地下金属管线,杂散电流的存在会导致地铁隧道结构及地下金属管线的使用寿命缩短,甚至会对地铁的安全运营造成比较大的影响。结合实际案例,首先对杂散电流造成腐蚀的原理进行了分析,阐述了杂散电流防护需要遵循的基本原则,最后提出了杂散电流防护措施和监控措施,解决了杂散电流对结构钢筋及地下管线造成腐蚀的问题,保证了地铁运营安全,具有一定的借鉴参考价值。
The protection of stray current is an important working content in the metro engineering construction. The stray current once generated will corrode the structural rebar and underground metal pipelines. The existence of stray current will lead to the service life of metro tunnel structure and undergroundmetal pipelines shortened, and even cause the greater influence on the safe operation of metro. Combined with the practical cases, the article firstly analyzes the principle of stray current to cause the corrosion, sets forth the basic principle required to follow for the protection of stray current, and finally puts forward the protection measures and monitoring measures for the stray current, which solves the problems of stray current to cause the corrosion on the structural rebar and underground pipelines, guarantees the safe operation of metro and has a certain reference value.
