立德树人是教育的根本任务,全员育人是思政教育的根本要求。高校专业教师具有专业教育与思政教育双重功能,理应处理好专业教育与思政教育的关系,承担适当思政教育责任。高校专业教师可以通过构建隐性思政教育者、思政教育辅助者、思政教育示范者三重角色,达到将思政教育贯穿于教育教学全过程的目的。
