不同蛹虫草菌株农艺性状及有效成分含量比较 被引量:2

摘要 [目的]探究不同蛹虫草菌株的农艺形状和有效成分含量。[方法]以6个蛹虫草菌株为研究对象,通过栽培试验,观察不同蛹虫草菌株子座的形态性状,并比较菌株间生物学转化率,菌株间活性成分虫草素,腺苷以及氨基酸含量的变化。[结果]菌株是影响蛹虫草子座农艺性状和有效成分含量的重要因素。菌株C01为大孢子头菌株,腺苷含量和测定氨基酸总量最高;菌株C02子座圆柱形,虫草素含量最高;菌株C03,C04为小孢子头菌株,子座鲜重、干重和生物转化率均高于其他菌株,显著高于C05和C06(P<0.05),其中菌株C03子座中赖氨酸、蛋氨酸、苏氨酸和缬氨酸含量均为供试菌株中最高。[结论]蛹虫草菌株C03农艺性状优,产量高,有效成分含量也较多,是比较理想的栽培菌株;其次蛹虫草菌株C01,蛹虫草菌株C02和蛹虫草菌株C05在腺苷、氨基酸、或虫草素含量中表现优异,可根据不同产品需求,作为候选材料。 [Objective] To explore agronomic traits and active ingredient of 6 different Cordyceps militaris strains. [Method]6 Cordycepsmilitaris strains were studied with regard to agronomic traits and contents of cordycepin,denosine and amino acids. [Results] The strain was the key influencers on agronomic traits and contents of cordycepin,denosine and amino acids of Cordycepsmilitaris. The topswollen strain C01 was the highest in the content of denosine and total selected amino acid. The rod-like strain C02 was the highest in the content of cordycepin. The top-pointed strain C03 and C04 were higher in stroma fresh weight,stroma dried weight,and stoma biological efficiency than those of other strains,and significantly higher than strain C05 and C06(P〈0.01). Strain C03 was higher in the content of Lys,Met,Thr and Val.[Conclusion]The strain CO3 was best in agronomic traits,with highest yield and performed well in active ingredient content,it was suitable for producting. The strain CO1,CO2 and CO5 performed well in content of cordycepin,denosine and amino acids. These 3 trains can be as candidate train for different product demand.
