荸荠新品种区域试验效应分析

Effects of Regional Experiments on New Species of Water Chestnuts

[目的]筛选出适宜浙江省种植的高产、优质、抗秆枯病的荸荠新品种。[方法]利用组织培养技术获得荸荠变异株,然后采用系统选育的方法选育出荸荠优良新品种。[结果]4个参试品种,在3个区域试点中,台荠1号有2个试点产量居参试品种第1位,1个试点产量居第2位,且与对照店头荸荠间有极显著差异;台荠1号品质明显优于店头荸荠,且中抗秆枯病,而店头荸荠则表现感病。[结论]台荠1号适合于浙江及周边省份种植。

[Objective] This paper intended to identify new species of water chestnuts that were suitable for planting in Zhejiang Province and were of high yield,great quality and well resistance against stem blight. [Method] The research applied the tissue culture technology to developed water chestnut variants,and systematically selected and bred new species of water chestnuts. [Result] Among the 4 tested species in 3 trial sections,Taiqi No.1 ranked the first in terms of yield in two of the three trial sections and the second in the other one trial section. Taiqi No.1 showed significant difference in comparison with Diantou water chestnut in all three trial sections. Quality of Taiqi No.1 was significantly superior to Diantou water chestnut. Taiqi No.1 well performed moderate resistance against stem blight,while Diantou water chestnut showed susceptibility. [Conclusion] Taiqi No.1 was suitable for planting in Zhejiang and the surrounding provinces.
