高校学生精准资助信息化管理的思考 被引量:6

摘要 新资助政策实施十周年以来,高校资助政策体系空前完善。十九大胜利召开后,站在新的历史起点上,国家对高校的资助工作提出了新的要求,高校资助育人工作是贫困生本人及家庭高质量脱贫的关键环节。信息技术日新月异,如何通过信息化管理促进精准资助,提高资助的科学化水平,是高校资助工作的重要内容。利用"互联网+"、大数据转变学生资助模式、提高精准资助能力、助力精准育人,是信息化管理在高校学生精准资助的主要应用思路。针对信息化管理在高校学生精准资助应用中出现的困难,培养信息化意识、打通数据孤岛、建立稳定的研究团队、开发公司提升服务水平是积极的应对策略。 Since the tenth anniversary of the implementation of the new student aid policies,the university's aid policy system has been unprecedentedly improved. After the victory of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the country has put forward new requirements for the student aid work of colleges and universities. Student aid is the key link in the poverty alleviation. With the rapid development of information technology,how to promote precise aid through information management and improve the scientific level of financial aid is an important part of university student aid work. The main application ideas of information management in university student precise aid is using " Internet +" and big data to transform student financial aid models,improve precise aid capabilities,and assist in precise education. In view of the difficulty in the application of information management in the precise aid of college and university students,it is an active coping strategy to cultivate information awareness,access to data barriers,establish a stable research team,and improve the service level of development companies.
