信息化闭环管理模式在麻醉科药品安全管理中的运用

目的研究信息化闭环管理模式对手术患者用药安全和麻醉科药品管理质量的作用。方法围绕药品交接、麻醉药品使用、药品库房管理流程实施闭环的信息化管理。结果实现麻醉科药品的精准管理,做到全程无纸化无缝交接。结论信息化闭环管理模式在麻醉科药品管理中的运用可以提升手术麻醉患者安全和麻醉科药品管理水平,有效减少成本投入,提升麻醉药品使用安全性。

Objective This study investigated the effects of closed-loop information management mode on the safety of surgical patients and the quality of drug management in anesthesiology department. Methods The closed-loop information management is carried out around the drug transfer,the use of narcotic drugs and the management process of drug storage. Results We achieved the following results： accurate management of anesthesiology drugs,seamless and paperless drug handover,and improved patient safety. Conclusion The application of close-loop information management mode in anesthetic drug management can improve the safety of surgical patients and the level of drug management in anesthesiology,reduce the perioperative cost and enhance the safety of anesthetic use.
