往复式压缩机示功图数据采集系统研究

Research on Indicator Card Data Acquisition System for Reciprocating Compressor

针对往复式压缩机状态监测和故障诊断的需求,提出一种基于旋转编码器的高精度同步数据采集技术方案。根据该方案设计了示功图数据采集硬件系统,并开发了示功图数据采集系统软件,实现了对往复式压缩机示功图数据实时连续采集的功能。

Aiming at monitoring the operation of reciprocating compressors and diagnosing the faults occurred,the study proposes a synchronous data acquisition technology with high precision,which is based on rotary encoder. An indicator card data acquisition hardware system is designed and a piece of software of indicator card data acquisition system is developed according to the proposal. Through the study,real-time and continuous data acquisition for indicator card of reciprocating compressor is realized.
