目的探讨飞行学员固定滚轮侧转教学中较为合理的保护与帮助方法,确保教学安全,提高教学质量。方法文献法、比较法、问卷法和归纳法。结果合理的运用保护和帮助对于促进飞行体育专项教学,以及学员未来的职业发展具有重要意义;"三人保护帮助法"是固定滚轮侧转教学中一种有效的保护和帮助方法,该方法采取1人在前,另外2人分站两侧的形式,要求所有保护帮助人员要集中注意力、各司其职、密切配合,做到位置合适、反应及时、手法正确,确保对练习人的全方位保护,增强学员的责任心、安全意识和团队意识等。结论 "三人保护帮助法"在固定滚轮侧转教学中效果明显,相关人员必须重视飞行体育专项教学中的保护与帮助工作,努力营造"我为人人,人人为我"的学训氛围。

Objective To explore the reasonable protection and helper methods in the teaching of side turn on fixed roller, so as to ensure teaching safety and improve teaching quality. Methods Literature, comparasive analysis, questionnaire and induction method were adopted. Results The reasonable use of protection and assistance is of great significance to promote the special teaching in flight sports and future development of students＇ occupation. ＂The Assistance Act of Three People Protection ＂ is an effective form of protection and assistance in the course of side turn on fixed roller, which takes one person in front, the other two are on either side and requires all students involved in protection and assistance should concentrate on, and perform their duties and cooperate closely with proper position, prompt response and correct techniques so as to achieve all-round protection for practicing students, and effectively enhance students＇ sense of responsibility,safety awareness and team consciousness. Conclusion ＂The Assistance Act of Three People Protection ＂ is much more effective in the teaching of side turn on fixed roller and the relevant personnel must attach great importance to the work of protection and assistance in the teaching of flight sports so as to create a ＂one for all, all for me＂ environment.
