The Construction of Social Impact Investment System from the Perspetive of Supply and Application

倡导"运用商业手段、实现社会目标"的社会价值投资正成为备受关注的研究和实践议题。社会经济可持续发展的现实需求、社会治理理念的变革,都推动了社会价值投资在中国的实践和传播。立足中国社会价值投资的发展现状和经济社会环境,结合国际实践经验,提出通过理念推广、完善政策法规、联络金融市场、创新商业应用、开发评估工具和认证标准等措施进一步推动社会价值投资在中国的发展。

Social Impact Investment（SII） which advocates ＂Using commercial means to achieve social goals＂ is becoming a research and practice subject of extensive attention. The real demand for sustainable socio-economic development and the change of the social governance idea have been promoting the practice and dissemination of SII in China. This papers analyses the SII situations at home and abroad and puts forward measures such as perfecting policies and regulations, linking financial markets, innovating commercial applications and developing assessment tools and certification standards.
