钩吻根水提液毒性检测及不同物质对其解毒的初步研究

A preliminary study on the determination of toxicity of the aqueous extracts of the Gelsemii elegantis Herba and detoxification of them by different substances

研究钩吻根水提液对小鼠的半数致死量（LD50）,并研究新鲜羊血与纯牛奶及豆奶以不同方式对钩吻中毒小鼠进行解毒的疗效之间的差距。采用改良寇氏法计算LD50的相关参数,并确定95%的可信区间（CL）。同时使用致死剂量（Dm）对小鼠进行攻毒,观察采用不同措施后,不同物质对小鼠钩吻中毒的解毒作用。试验结果显示,钩吻根水提液对小鼠的LD50为2 191 mg/kg,其95%的可信区间为2 007-2 393 mg/kg。新鲜羊血对钩吻中毒具有特异性的解毒作用,且在攻毒之前使用效果最佳。

The current study was aimed to determine the LD50 value of the aqueous extracts of Gelsemii elegantis Herba and to compare the detoxifications of the toxin by fresh sheep blood,milk and soymilk. The improved Karber＇ s method was used to calculate the LD50 and the95% confidence interval（ CI）. Meanwhile,lethal dosage（ Dm） was used to establish the death models and to evaluate the detoxification by different substances. The results showed that the LD50 of the aqueous extracts of Gelsemii elegantis Herba was 2191 mg/kg and the CI was2191 mg/kg. The fresh sheep blood had a specific detoxification of Gelsemii elegantis Herba and worked best before attack with the toxin.
