摘要
近年来,为了更好的研究亚临床甲状腺功能减退症的发病机制,国内外学者纷纷尝试建立各种亚临床甲状腺功能减退症动物模型。查阅既往文献,亚临床甲状腺功能减退症动物造模方法有以下4种:应用抗甲状腺药物造模,手术切除甲状腺后再补充左甲状腺素造模,单侧甲状腺电凝毁损法造模,基因敲除的方法造模。各种造模方法各有其优势和弊端。成功建立亚临床甲状腺功能减退症动物模型,对其发病机制的进一步研究及其指导临床治疗具有重要意义。
In recent years, scholars domestically and abroad have tried to establish all kinds of sub- clinical hypothyroidism animal models in order to study its pathogenesis. According to previous literature re- view, four kinds of methods about inducing subclinical hypothyroidism animal models are introduced : admin- istration of anti-thyroid drug, supplementation with levothyroxine after surgical removal of thyroid gland, he- mi-thyroid electrocauterization, the method of gene knockout. Each method possesses its own advantages and disadvantages. Successful establishment of subclinical hypothyroidism animal models is very important for the studies of the pathogenesis and clinical treatment.
