基因导向下原发性高血压血管紧张素转化酶精准治疗研究概况

Research Progress of Angiotensin-converting Enzyme Gene Directed Precise Therapy for Essential Hypertension Patients

原发性高血压(EH)是临床上的常见病、多发病,但药物治疗上个体差异明显,疗效不尽相同。血管紧张素转化酶基因作为肾素-血管紧张素系统的关键基因,不同基因型对EH患者血管活性物质水平是否存在影响,研究众多,如果有影响,对中西医药物治疗上又有何指导,是值得探讨的问题。现综述血管紧张素转化酶基因导向下EH患者的精准治疗,为临床针对性及合理用药提供更有力的科学依据。

Essential hypertension（ EH） is a common and frequent disease in clinic, while drug therapy for EH has obvious individual differences and effect differences. The angiotensin-converting enzyme（ACE） gene is a critical gene of the renin-angiotensin system. Many studies focus on whether different genotypes of ACE have different effects on the level of vasoactive substances in EH patients. It is important to explore whether different ACE genotypes have different effects of drug use. This review summarized ACE gene directed precise therapy for EH patients and provided evidence for rational drug use in clinic.
