目的:探讨李东垣运用滋肾丸治疗小便淋闭的经验,了解滋肾丸处方谴药之内涵。方法:通过对李东垣运用滋肾丸治疗便淋闭案例之病因病机、治法治则角度出发,结合药物性味、功用特点,分析李东垣滋肾丸方药主治病症特点。结果:滋肾丸所治疗的小便淋闭其病因病机为:"奉养太过、膏粱积热"导致"热结下焦,耗伤肾精肾气,气化失司"。结论:依据"谨守病机,治病求本"的中医治疗理论,滋肾丸对"热邪结聚日久,耗伤肾精肾气,下焦气化不利"为内在病机诸多病症应有较高的治疗价值。亦加强李东垣药物性味理论的了解、加深对"阴阳互根互用"理论认识。

Objective： To explore in-depth the experience of LI Dongyuan＇s application of Zishen pills in the treatment of urinary dis-fluency and to understand the connotation and application of Zishen pill＇s prescription. Methods：This article analyzes the etiology, pathogenesis, and rule of LI Dongyuan in the treatment of urinary dis-fluency with Zishen pills and combining the characteristics of drug taste and function to analyze the characteristics of LI Dongyuan＇s application of Zishen pills. Results： The etiology and pathogenesis of urine infiltration treated by Zishen pills was：＂Nourishing too much, stifling heat and stagnant heat＂ led to＂ Heat accumulation in lower energizer, kidney damage and loss the energy.＂ Conclusion： According to the traditional Chinese medicine treatment theory of＂ observing the pathogenesis and treating the reason of disease＂, Zishen pills have a high therapeutic value for many diseases caused by the internal pathogenesis of＂ Nourishing too much, stifling heat and stagnant heat＂ led to＂ Heat accumulation in lower energizer, kidney damage and loss the energy.＂ This article also strengthens LI Dongyuan＇s understanding of the theory of drug taste theory and deepens the understanding of the＂ Yin and Yang are mutual use of each other＂ theory.
