循证护理在结石嵌顿性胆囊炎急诊腹腔镜胆囊切除术后应用及临床意义

Postoperative Application and Clinical Significance of Evidence-based Nursing in Emergency Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy for Incarcerative Calculous Cholecystitis

目的:探讨循证护理在结石嵌顿性胆囊炎急诊腹腔镜胆囊切除术后护理观察与临床意义。方法:总结80例结石嵌顿性胆囊炎急诊行腹腔镜胆囊切除患者术后整体护理与循证护理观察,比较两种护理模式在患者术后并发症与整体护理满意度方面的差异。结果:循证护理组在急诊腹腔镜胆囊切除患者术后发生恶性呕吐、疼痛、腹腔出血方面显著低于整体护理组,循证护理组患者对护士护理的主动性、专业性和信任度的整体满意率高于整体护理组(P<0.05)。结论:循证护理模式应用于急诊腹腔镜胆囊切除术后护理,不仅能够培养良好医疗护患关系,减少护理差错和术后并发症,而且提高护士专业护理技术水平和护理质量,具有潜在的临床护理应用价值。

Objective： To discuss about the clinical significance and postoperative application of evidence-based nursing（EBN） in emergency laparoscopic cholecystectomy for incarcerative calculous cholecystitis. Methods： The holistic nursing and evidence-based nursing were observed in 80 patients with incarcerative calculous cholecystitis after emergency laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Results： The incidence rate of nausea and vomiting, pain, intra-abdominal bleeding in EBN group was lower than that of holistic nursing group after emergency laparoscopic cholecystectomy. The initiative, professional and trust of nursing in EBN group were better than that of holistic nursing group after emergency laparoscopic cholecystectomy（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The mode of evidence-based nursing can cultivate good medical relationship between nurses and patients, decrease the nursing error and postoperative complication, improve the technical levels of professional nursing and nursing quality, and is potential applied value in clinical nursing after emergency laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
