中药穴位敷贴促进产后乳汁分泌临床观察

Clinical effect observation of Acupoint application of Chinese medicine on promoting postpartum milk secretion

目的:观察中药穴位敷贴促进产后乳汁分泌的临床效果。方法:将180例剖宫产分娩的产妇,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各90例。对照组采用产后常规护理,观察组在此基础上采用中药穴位贴敷。观察对比2组产妇治疗后泌乳情况、血清泌乳素(prolactin,PRL)水平的变化情况。结果:观察组产妇产后泌乳量在治疗后高于对照组,具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。观察组产妇血清PRL在治疗后明显高于对照组,且具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:中药穴位贴敷联合产后常规护理可改善泌乳量,能够增加产褥期妇女的PRL水平,有效改善产后缺乳情况,对产妇康复有明显的促进作用。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine on postpartum milk secretion. Methods： 180 cases of women delivered by caesarean section were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 90 cases each. The control group used postpartum routine care, and the observation group used Chinese medicine acupoint application. The post-treatment lactation status and serum prolactin（PRL） levels of the 2 groups of maternal women were observed. Results： The maternal postpartum lactation in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group after treatment（P〈0.05）. The serum PRL in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group after treatment, and there was a statistical difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Acupoint application combined with postpartum routine care can improve milk yield,increase PRL levels in puerperal women, effectively improve postpartum lactation, and significantly promote maternal rehabilitation.
