浅谈全人工心脏研究进展

摘要 全人工心脏(total artificial heart,TAH)是目前对于双心室衰竭的患者,所有其他治疗手段没有明显效果且无法及时获得供体器官或不适合接受器官移植时的最后选择。经过50年的研究,目前已经投入临床应用的TAH有SynCardia Systems公司的CardioWest TAH、Abiomed公司的Abiocor TAH和Carmat公司的Carmat TAH。TAH的应用可导致严重的并发症。最常见的并发症有感染、严重的术后出血以及血栓栓塞,其他有可能出现的并发症包括肝、肾、肺部以及神经系统功能不全。由于各种客观原因,包括心室辅助及TAH等在内的机械循环辅助装置在我国的研发和应用都受到限制,而在国外已成为常规的治疗选择。另外在临床应用方面,TAH多用于18岁以上的成年人,小儿TAH植入的应用尚有较长的路要走。 Total artificial heart(TAH) is the present for patients with biventricular failure, and all other treatments have no significant effect and are unable to obtain donor organs in time or the final choice for receiving organ transplantation.After 50 years of research, TAH, which has already been put into clinical application, has the CardioWest TAH of SynCardia Systems, Abiocor TAH of Abiomedcompany and Carmat TAH of Carmat company.The application of TAH can lead to serious complications.The most common complications include infection, severe postoperative bleeding, and thromboembolism, and other possible complications including liver, kidney, lung, and nervous system dysfunction.Because of various objective reasons, mechanical circulation auxiliary devices, including ventricular assist and all artificial heart, have been limited in our country's research and development and application, and it has become a conventional treatment choice abroad.In addition, in clinical applications, TAH is used for adults over 18 years of age.There is still a long way to go for the application of TAH implantation in children.
