优质护理在胸腔镜下治疗肺癌的术后应用研究

Postoperative application research of high quality nursing in the treatment of lung cancer under thoracoscope

目的研究术后应用优质护理对胸腔镜下治疗肺癌患者的影响。方法 120例实施胸腔镜治疗的肺癌患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。观察组患者术后采用优质护理,对照组患者术后采用常规护理。比较两组患者的护理满意度、并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者的护理满意度为96.7%,对照组患者的护理满意度为73.3%,观察组患者的护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者术后发生呼吸系统感染1例,心律失常1例,并发症发生率为3.3%;对照组患者术后发生呼吸系统感染6例,心律失常3例,胸腔积液1例,并发症发生率为16.7%,观察组患者术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胸腔镜下治疗肺癌术后采用优质护理不仅能够提高患者的护理满意度,且能够降低患者的术后并发症发生率,提高生活质量,值得在临床工作中广泛开展。

Objective To research the effect of postoperative application of high quality nursing on lung cancer patients under thoracoscope. Methods A total of 120 patients with lung cancer who underwent thoracoscopic treatment were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 60 cases in each group.The observation group was given high-quality nursing, while the control group was given routine nursing. The nursing satisfaction and complication rate of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The nursing satisfaction rate of the patients in the observation group was 96.7% and that of the control group was 73.3%. There was significant difference between the two groups in the degree of nursing satisfaction（P〈0.05）. There were 1 case of respiratory infection and 1 case of arrhythmia in the observation group, the incidence of complications was 3.3%.There were 6 cases of respiratory infection, 3 cases of arrhythmia and 1 case of pleural effusion in the observation group, the incidence of complications was 16.7%. The incidence of postoperative complications in observation group was significantly lower than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Postoperative high quality nursing for lung cancer patients under thoracoscopic not only can improve patients＇ nursing satisfaction, and can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications in patients and improve the quality of life, is conducive to quality care widely carried out in clinical work.
