综合护理干预在恢复期精神分裂症护理中的应用探讨

Application investigation of comprehensive nursing intervention in the nursing of schizophrenia during the recovery period

目的探讨综合护理干预在恢复期精神分裂症护理中的应用。方法 72例精神分裂症患者,根据双色球抽签的方法分为对照组和实验组,每组36例。对照组患者实施常规护理干预,实验组患者实施综合护理干预,比较两组患者干预后的护理依从性、住院精神患者康复疗效评定量表(IPROS)评分以及日常生活能力量表(ADL)评分。结果实验组的护理依从性为97.22%,明显高于对照组的75.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后实验组患者的IPROS(生活能力、社交能力、兴趣情况、卫生情况、工作情况)评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后实验组的ADL评分(90.34±7.21)分明显高于对照组的(75.78±6.24)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于处在恢复期精神分裂症患者而言,实施综合护理干预的临床应用效果显著,能有效缓解患者的不良情绪,促进其早日恢复健康,具有显著的临床应用价值。

Objective To investigate the application of comprehensive nursing intervention in the nursing of schizophrenia during the recovery period. Methods A total of 72 patients with schizophrenic were divided into experimental group and control group according to the double chromosphere drawing method, 36 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, the experimental group was given comprehensive nursing intervention. The nursing compliance, Impatient Psychiatric Rehabilitation Outcome Scale（IPROS） score and Activity of Daily Living Scale（ADL） score between the two groups were compared. Results After corresponding nursing, the nursing compliance of the experimental group（97.22%） was significantly higher than 75.00% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The IPROS scores（living and social ability, situation of interest, health and work） in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The ADL score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For patients with schizophrenia during the recovery period, the clinical application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention is significantly, can effectively alleviate the patients＇ bad mood, promote quick recovery, has significant clinical value.
